Hi, I’m Janko Milunovic — founder of Hatchers AI.
Over the past decade, I’ve mentored hundreds of first-time founders through the messy, exciting process of building a business from zero. I’ve built and sold my own companies. Invested. Helped others. (more on my bio below).
Along the way, I built a massive library of workshops, tools, and mental models — and saw what actually helps people launch.
And I also saw what doesn’t.
Most programs are too slow, too expensive, or too abstract. First-time, and early-stage, founders don’t need theory. They need clear steps, guidance from people who’ve done it before, and tools that actually save time.
That’s why I built Hatchers.

Our Mission
In a world designed to keep most people working for the dreams of a few, we help people build something of their own — something they control, that provides for their future and their families.
This isn’t about chasing status or getting rich quick. It’s about breaking free from the rat race — the endless cycle of working harder just to stay afloat. We teach people how to build sustainable, owner-led businesses that give them income, time, and real freedom — especially in a world where homeownership, healthcare, and quality food are increasingly out of reach for the average worker.
We’re planting seeds for a new kind of education. One that shows you how to build a life you don’t need a vacation from. And when you get there, we hope you’ll help someone else do the same.

Janko's Bio
For the past 10+ years, I’ve been building my own companies and helping others do the same — as a 3x founder (with one exit), coach, advisor, and hands-on operator. Through my personal practice at jankomilunovic.com, I’ve worked 1-on-1 with hundreds of entrepreneurs — guiding them through the messy early stages of building, finding product-market fit, and raising their first funding.
I’ve built and grown teams to 30+ people, raised over $25M for my own ventures, and helped more than 30 startups secure early-stage investment.
I currently serve as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and mentor at 500 Global, one of the world’s most active startup funds (~3,000 investments across 80+ countries), supporting programs in Japan, Egypt, Canada, and San Francisco. I’ve also taught at many accelerators and founder schools — including Astra Academy, in collaboration with the a16z Talent x Opportunity Fund.
Previously, I was an early-stage investor and program operator at Startupbootcamp Berlin, where we backed 25+ startups and helped scale dozens more.
Mina's Bio
For over 15 years, I’ve been building technology-driven companies across the Middle East — as a software engineer, founder, and operator. I’ve started six businesses across Egypt and the GCC, with four successful exits, and continue to lead ventures that blend deep tech with practical business innovation.
My journey began in core network engineering, where I designed and scaled infrastructure for top telecom providers in North Africa. Since then, I’ve applied that systems mindset to build and grow companies in trading, manufacturing, distribution, and AI-driven software.
I’ve grown teams of 50+, led companies to $1M+ in recurring revenue, and built platforms used by 20,000+ retailers. Most recently, I co-founded Pulsar Apps, where we help businesses optimize sales and pricing through custom AI tools.
