Welcome to Hatchers.ai. By using our website, services, or applying to join our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
Hatchers.ai is an online platform that offers mentorship, learning resources, and AI-powered tools to help people build their own businesses. Our services include access to educational content, mentorship calls, software tools, and community features.
2. Eligibility
To use Hatchers.ai, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate information when applying.
Use our services for lawful and legitimate purposes only.
We reserve the right to reject or remove anyone from the program at our discretion, especially if behavior is disruptive or violates our policies.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on Hatchers.ai — including videos, frameworks, tools, AI agents, and lessons — is owned by us or our mentors. You may use the content for your personal learning and business-building, but you may not copy, distribute, or resell any of it without our written permission.
4. User Data & Privacy
Your data is safe with us. Please read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described there.
5. Payments & Refunds
If you sign up for a paid mentorship track, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee.
Option A: Mentorship + AI Program and Tools: $350/month (6-month minimum commitment)
Option B: Self-led with 1on1 mentorship one time per month + AI Program and Tools: $125/month
You can cancel anytime during the first month and receive a full refund — no questions asked. After the second month begins, your enrollment becomes a 6-month commitment, with no refunds for past payments but the option to cancel future ones at any time.
After that, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.

6. Program Conduct
We expect all participants to treat mentors and peers respectfully.
Discrimination, harassment, or abuse will result in immediate removal.
Sharing access credentials or duplicating content is not allowed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hatchers.ai provides guidance, tools, and mentorship — but your business success depends on your effort, market conditions, and many external factors. We do not guarantee revenue, outcomes, or success. You use our platform at your own risk.
8. Mentorship Disclaimer
Our mentors are experienced business builders, but they are not acting as legal, tax, or investment advisors. Always consult a professional for those matters.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make major changes, we’ll notify you by email or through the website.
10. Digital Communications and Recordings
All Hatchers.ai services — including but not limited to video lectures, 1-on-1 mentoring sessions, group workshops, and support interactions — are conducted digitally via online platforms. By using our services, you consent to the recording (audio and video) of all such sessions for quality assurance, training, and internal review purposes. These recordings are stored securely and are not shared externally without your explicit written consent.
